A hybrid of several different techniques from other sports and martial arts, Krav Maga is one of the most pragmatic approaches to self-defence. Using simple and natural moves, Krav Maga focuses on escape and survival using techniques that are quick to learn and more likely to be remembered in a difficult or stressful situation. It remains a popular choice for those looking to further their self-defence training so that it can be utilised in real world situations.
